Why are we undertaking a scoping consultation?
We are undertaking a scoping consultation to gather up to date views on what the Local Plan should contain, taking into consideration changes in the development context since the Regulation 18 Call for Views consultation in 2024. It is also a statutory requirement under the new plan-making system to undertaking a Scoping Consultation prior to Gateway 1.
