The council undertook two call for sites exercises to gather information on land that individuals or organisations may consider having development potential. These ran from:
- Friday 26 May to Friday 29 September 2023
- Monday 29 April 2024 to 24 June 2024.
Submitted sites form evidence for the review of the Local Plan. The council has opened the call for sites again as part of this consultation. The scope and process remains the same as the previous exercises.
All sites submitted in both Call for Sites exercises will be carried forward and inform the Local Plan preparation going forward. There is no need to re-submit this material.
Where significant new information has arisen since the previous exercises, this may be submitted.
