Tickets and booking
Our Hillingdon Box Office provides a simple and secure way to book tickets for events across our theatres.
Please note: Whilst every effort will be made to avoid changes, the theatre management has the right to alter or vary artists or events, as necessary and without notice.
How to book tickets
Tickets for most theatre shows and events listed on this site are bookable through our box office either:
- online via the event page
- by calling 01895 250615 or
- in person over the counter at the Compass Theatre during opening hours (see below) and during the hour before curtain-up.
Please note: Where Hillingdon Box Office is not ticketing an event, alternative booking details will be provided on the event page.
Reserved tickets
- Reserved tickets are held (unpaid) for an agreed period of time, before the day of the event.
- Reserved tickets are held with no obligation to buy and especially useful for group bookers.
- If you don't pay by the agreed date, the tickets will go back on general sale.
Booked tickets
- Booked tickets are non-refundable - unless the event is cancelled.
- If you cannot use your booked tickets, let our box office know before the show date, as there may be a waiting list.
- Subject to notice and availability, we may also be able to exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show.
Concessions
- Concessions refer to discounts on the cost of a ticket and may be available to, for example, people who are over 65 or under 16, people who have a disability, are unemployed or in full-time education, or groups who buy tickets in bulk.
- The event's producer sets the ticket price, and decides which concessions (if any) are offered.
- Offers and discounts may be withdrawn or altered without notice.
Ticket delivery
- Print@Home is the default ticket delivery method for tickets booked online. With this option, you can print tickets at home to show on your way into an event, or show the ushers your tickets on your mobile device. When booking over the phone, you can also request an email with Print@Home tickets.
- Collection is available for tickets that are booked online or over the phone. Tickets will be ready to collect on the door at the event. If you'd like to collect your ticket(s) beforehand, visit the box office during opening hours (listed below).
- 2nd class postal delivery can be chosen when booking by phone - this costs an extra £1, which is non-refundable should the event be cancelled.
Lost tickets
- Lost tickets can be reprinted for collection on the door, subject to notice and confirmation of the booker's name and postcode. ]
Essential carers
- Customers who, in an emergency, would require another person's assistance in order to evacuate the venue safely can make a request to the box office for a free essential carer's ticket for their accompanying carer.
Young children and babies
- Not all events are appropriate for young children and/or babies, and admission may be refused.
- Please ask the box office if you need to check if the event you're booking is appropriate for young children and/or babies.
- All children over 18 months must have a valid ticket to enter the auditorium.
- At the Compass Theatre, babies under 18-months-old can come into appropriate shows, on free lap tickets. The number of free lap tickets we can issue is limited to 10 per show, so these must be booked in advance at the box office.
