School admissions terms and conditions
When you submit your application for a school place, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Starting primary school
If you have a child born between 1 September 2021 and 31 August 2022, you must apply for your child to start primary school in September 2026.
Applying for a junior school
If your child was born between 1 September 2018 and 31 August 2019, you may need to apply for a junior school place for September 2026.
Starting secondary school
If you have a child born between 1 September 2014 and 31 August 2015, you must apply for your child to start secondary school in September 2026.
Applying for a year 10 school place
If you have a child born between 1 September 2011 and 31 August 2012, you can apply for a UTC/studio school for your child to start year 10 in September 2026.
In-year admissions
For children who either wish to change schools or who have moved to the area and need to start a new school during the academic year.
