Garden waste sacks and tags
If you have subscribed to our garden waste service and need additional sacks or tags (up to 3 of each) or replacement garden waste sacks, you can request these online.
Households can have a maximum of 6 tags and sacks.
Old sacks and tags
If your current garden waste sacks are old, but still fit for use, please continue to use these for as long as possible to avoid unnecessary waste.
If sacks are no longer usable for garden waste, you might be able to repurpose them by growing potatoes in them, for example.
Empty damaged garden waste sacks can be disposed of with your household rubbish.
New way to request
Love Clean Streets (LCS) is our new reporting system for issues and concerns in Hillingdon, you can also request garden waste sacks and tags.

For the best experience, register for LCS using the same email address as your new My Account. Any requests you submit through LCS will then be available to view and track in your new My Account.

Please note:
- You can only make a request for additional sacks or tags if you are currently subscribed to our garden waste service.
- To raise a request in Love Clean Streets (LCS), your home address must be added to your LCS profile.

How to use your tags
- Write your address on the back of the tags using a permanent marker.
- Place 1 tag on the handle of each of your garden waste sacks. Make sure the tag is pulled tight and cut any excess cable with scissors to prevent it getting caught during collections.

Important: The garden waste tags are single-use; once fastened, tags cannot be undone and reused.
