Subscribe to our 2026/27 garden waste collection service
The 2026/27 garden waste collection service runs from Wednesday 1 April 2026 to Wednesday 31 March 2027 (inclusive) and costs £77.
Signing up to the service
Before signing up to the service, please ensure you have read our garden waste collection service terms and conditions.
Subscribe to our garden waste service
Confirmation of subscription
- You will receive a confirmation email of your subscription once you have signed up. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folders.
- If you were logged in to My Account when you subscribed for our garden waste service, you can also check your subscription details within My Account.
What happens once I've subscribed?
- If this is your first time having garden waste collected in Hillingdon, you will be provided with both garden waste sacks and tags (tags and sacks may arrive separately).
- If you already have your garden waste collected in Hillingdon, you will be provided with new garden waste tags to use on your existing garden waste sacks.
- Your new subscription tags will be delivered within 28 days. While you are waiting for your new tags to arrive, you may continue to present your bags with your old tags attached.
Once you receive your tags
- Remove your old green tags from your garden waste sacks (if you are currently subscribed to our 2025/2026 garden waste collection service).
- Write your address on the address field on the back of each new orange garden waste tag.
- Attach one of the new orange tags to the handle of each of your garden waste sacks.
