Garden waste subscription service

Subscribe to our 2026/27 garden waste collection service

The 2026/27 garden waste collection service runs from Wednesday 1 April 2026 to Wednesday 31 March 2027 (inclusive) and costs £77.

You can sign up for our garden waste collection service with either a one-off card payment or by annual Direct Debit.

If you choose to pay by annual Direct Debit, your subscription will renew automatically each year.

Please note:

If you’ve already paid for this year’s garden waste collection service by card, please do not set up a Direct Debit. This option will be available at a later date, ahead of the 2027/28 service.
To pay by Direct Debit, please have your account details, including account number and sort code, to hand.
You must use the same email address on each form when signing up by Direct Debit.

You will receive a confirmation email of your subscription once you have signed up. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folders.
If you were logged in to My Account when you subscribed for our garden waste service, you can also check your subscription details within My Account.

If this is your first time having garden waste collected in Hillingdon, you will be provided with both garden waste sacks and tags (tags and sacks may arrive separately).
If you already have your garden waste collected in Hillingdon, you will be provided with new garden waste tags to use on your existing garden waste sacks.
Your new subscription tags will be delivered within 28 days. While you are waiting for your new tags to arrive, you may continue to present your bags with your old tags attached.

Remove your old green tags from your garden waste sacks (if you are currently subscribed to our 2025/2026 garden waste collection service).
Write your address on the address field on the back of each new orange garden waste tag.
Attach one of the new orange tags to the handle of each of your garden waste sacks.
