Cancelling a bulky waste collection
If you need to cancel or change your collection day, you must let us know at least 24 hours before your booked collection day.
Important: If you need to cancel a paid-for collection but do not let us know at least 24 hours before the collection day, a refund will not be given.
New way to request
Love Clean Streets (LCS) is our new reporting system for issues and concerns in Hillingdon. It can also be used to cancel a bulky waste collection.

For the best experience, register for LCS using the same email address as your new My Account. Any requests you submit through LCS will then be available to view and track in your new My Account.
