New way to request
Love Clean Streets (LCS) is our new reporting system for issues and concerns in Hillingdon. It can also be used to book a bulky waste collection.

For the best experience, register for LCS using the same email address as your new My Account. Any requests you submit through LCS will then be available to view and track in your new My Account.

Important: If you fail to place your items outside on the day of collection, you will still pay the full fee, and need to book and pay again for items to be collected.
