We make bulky waste collections Monday to Friday, starting at 6am. 

Love Clean Streets logoNew way to request

Love Clean Streets (LCS) is our new reporting system for issues and concerns in Hillingdon. It can also be used to book a bulky waste collection.

To book a bulky waste collection: 

  1. Go to the Love Clean Streets website:
    hillingdon.lovecleanstreets.com. 
  2. Log in to your LCS account. 
    If you haven't signed up to Love Clean Streets yet, you can find steps and tips on creating an account on our Guidance on using Love Clean Streets web page. 
  3. Once logged in, select ‘Requests’ and then ‘Add’. 
    Your request will be set to the address on your Love Clean Streets profile. If you have not already set your home address, do this before moving on to the next step. 
  4. Choose the relevant Category under Waste services - Resident bulky waste collection, Over 65 bulky waste collection or Landlord bulky waste collection. 
  5. Add details of your bulky waste item(s). 
  6. Choose the date you would like your item(s) collected. 
  7. Select “Pay and create request”. 

You can also request a bulky waste collection through the Love Clean Streets app. 

Important: If you fail to place your items outside on the day of collection, you will still pay the full fee, and need to book and pay again for items to be collected.
