What can be collected?
A bulky waste collection can consist of either:
- a fridge or freezer (with no other items added) or
- up to 6 items, which can include beds, mattresses, chest of drawers, armchair, sofa, wardrobes and washing machines (but not fridges or freezers). In place of 1 bulky item, we can accept 3 black bags of unwanted smaller items, such as broken toys.
Important: Please ensure any food appliances are emptied of all food, which has the potential to cause odour emissions and attract pests/vermin. Any units that contain food or contamination may be rejected for collection.
