To maintain the atmosphere, food and drink are not permitted in the main seated area during the hour leading up to your ceremony.
After the ceremony, you're welcome to serve food and drink, which can be prepared in advance and stored behind the partition wall.
Catering setups are permitted in front of Cart Shed Workshop 3, near the Steward's Room steps.
No deep/shallow fryers or gas cylinders are allowed inside.
All gas bottles must be removed after the event.
Protective floor coverings are required to prevent stains.
Oil must not be disposed of down drains.
Outdoor cooking is welcome in the Gravel Courtyard (Bury Street side). We allow hog roasts and barbecues, provided they are run by professional catering companies.
All catering and bar equipment must be cleared and loaded by 11pm.
