Bar and alcohol guidelines
- Alcohol may only be served during licensed hours.
- Drinks must be served in polycarbonate containers.
- All equipment and stock must be delivered and removed within your hire period.
- Recyclables should be placed in the black recycling bin in the Gravel Courtyard.
- All bar equipment must be cleared by 11pm.
What must the bar provider supply?
- Public Liability Insurance
- A list of electrical equipment
- PAT testing certificates
Important: Failure to meet these conditions may result in the bar being closed for the remainder of your event.
