Entertainment guidelines
All entertainment must be positioned at the south end of the barn.
Pre-recorded music
- Music is permitted from 10.30am to 10.30pm.
- Amplified music must use the barn's high-quality PA system, which includes:
- Formula Sound AVC2
- BOSE Controller and 802II speakers
- Yamaha P2500s amplifier
- Notepad mixer for iPods, MP3s, and microphones
Reception DJs
- DJs can bring their own playback equipment (excluding speakers) and connect to our PA system using XLR, Jack, or RCA outputs. We recommend cables of at least 3 metres.
- Small DJ lights are welcome. Larger stage lighting may be permitted on a case-by-case basis due to power limitations.
Live music and bands
- Only electric drums are permitted (no acoustic drums or monitor amps).
- Musicians must use the barn's PA system and provide a stereo output.
- One BOSE speaker may be turned to face performers as a monitor.
