Instructions for collection

Houses

  1. On your collection day, place your food bin next to your garden waste at your property boundary before 6am.

If you do not have a front garden, leave your food bin on the pavement the night before collection (no earlier than 5.30pm).

Flats

  1. Once your food waste liner is full, tie the bag and place it into the 140L communal food bin or your green outdoor food bin, depending on the type of service your block has.

Assisted collections

Residents who can't physically move their recycling to the property boundary, and have no one to help, can request an assisted collection from their front door.
