Instructions for collection

Follow these simple instructions to help us collect your food waste safely, efficiently, and on time.

Houses

  1. On your collection day, please leave your your food caddy at the front of your property before 6am. Where possible, keep caddies inside your property boundary and off pavements and roads to avoid causing an obstruction. 

Flats

  1. Once your food waste liner is full, tie the bag and place it into the 140L communal food bin or your green outdoor food bin, depending on the type of service your block has.

Assisted collections

Residents who can't physically move their recycling to the property boundary, and have no one to help, can request an assisted collection from their front door.
