Final Injunction Order
On 23rd June 2026, The London Borough of Hillingdon successfully obtained an injunction order from the High Court of Justice (King's Bench Division) in respect of land in Rickmansworth. The injunction seeks to prevent the unauthorised use and development of the site.

Any person bound by the Order should note that failure to comply with its terms may constitute contempt of court and may result in further proceedings being brought by the council.
