Missed rubbish collection
If your rubbish hasn't been collected on your collection day and you have followed instructions for collection, please let us know and we will make another collection within 2 working days.
Please note: A missed collection cannot be reported until after 1.30pm on your collection day and must be within 72 hours of the collection being missed.
New way to report
Love Clean Streets (LCS) is our new reporting system for issues and concerns in Hillingdon.
To report a missed rubbish collection:
- Go to the Love Clean Streets website:
hillingdon.lovecleanstreets.com. - Select 'Create a report' and log in to your LCS account.
If you haven't signed up to Love Clean Streets yet, you can find steps and tips on creating an account on our Guidance on using Love Clean Streets web page.
- Once logged in, tick the 'Use my address to report waste collection issues' box.
(For this option to show, ensure your home address is added to your Love Clean Streets profile.)
- For Category group, select 'Missed waste collections', then choose the Category (the type of collection that was missed), ie missed refuse collection.
- Check all the information you have entered is correct, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Create report'. A reference number will be provided so you can track progress.
You can also report a missed collection through the Love Clean Streets app.
