How does TeleCare work?

TeleCare links alarms, sensors and equipment in your home to an adviser in the Alarm Response Centre. 

Devices no longer need to be connected to a phone line, as they have a SIM card that connects to the response centre when the pendent alarm is pressed.

Please note: If the pendant has not been used for 60 days the SEVEN will audibly prompt the customer to test it. This will register at the monitoring centre as a normal activation, it will not specify that it is a test. It's also worth noting that the SEVEN will continue to ask them to test until they have pressed their pendant button (not the Help button on the base unit).
