Chairobics

Join in low-impact chair-based exercise classes, which take place in a safe and friendly environment.

This is a full aerobic fitness session that works on your strength, flexibility, coordination and stamina. 

Sessions are free and are open to residents aged 65 and over. 

Booking is required.
