Low-impact chair-based exercise classes, which take place in a safe and friendly environment.

Dances

Free desi and tea dances for residents aged 65+ (with a HillingdonFirst card) and up to 2 guests.

Swimming

Swim for free in indoor pools when they are open for public sessions.
