Volunteering with our Youth Offer team

Can you spare just 90 minutes a week to make a difference to the life of a young person in Hillingdon? Want to give back to your community, develop new skills, and join a supportive network of volunteers?

Our Youth Offer team is looking for volunteers to support young people through the AIMS mentoring programme, helping them to:

  • build confidence
  • improve wellbeing
  • navigate challenges (such as school, relationships, and self-esteem).

Volunteers will work with young people in local venues, including our young people's centres and family hubs.

All volunteers will need an enhanced DBS check and complete a free 12-week training course.

Training will take place at Hayes Family Hub, College Way, Hayes, UB3 3BB, on Monday evenings from 6pm to 8.30pm, starting on Monday 5 October.
