Functions
At least 6 weeks before the function, venue hirers must supply full details of event plans, and copies of their risk assessment and public liability insurance.
Shows and concerts
At least 6 weeks before curtain-up, producers are required to:
- email your front of house requirements to artsvenues@hillingdon.gov.uk
- email your backstage requirements to theatretechnicians@hillingdon.gov.uk
- prepare your event's risk assessment - see our technical information page.
Important:
- After the event, all producers must submit their PRS/PPL declaration and event results
- Deposits will be withheld until this declaration form is completed. Failure to submit the form within 4 weeks of the event will result in a standard rate PRS charge being applied.
