The Stables at Eastcote House Gardens are a 17th century timber-framed building, which can be used for community and charity events and private hire between 9am and 9pm, with a maximum capacity of 50 people.
Unfortunately we’re not able to accommodate business or commercial bookings.
Hiring The Stables
If you would like to hire the Stables, please:
- read The Stables hire information pack
- complete The Stables booking form and email it to eastcotehousegardensenquiries@hillingdon.gov.uk.
The booking form, hire payment and deposit must be received at least 4 weeks before your event.
Please note:
- The building does not hold an alcohol or entertainment licence and cannot be used for functions involving the playing of loud music.
- Hillingdon Council does not provide a catering service for functions in the Stables, but you’re very welcome to bring your own refreshments.
- A small kitchenette is available for preparing and serving cold food. Please be aware that there are no cooking or reheating facilities, and cutlery is not supplied.
- Bouncy castles and BBQs are not permitted.
