We charge for care services (such as homecare, residential and nursing homes, day care and equipment) but how much you pay depends on your financial assessment.
We will send you a bill every 4 to 5 weeks for services you have already received.

The most convenient payment method is by standing order. To request a standing order form, email ascrecovery@hillingdon.gov.uk or call 01895 250345.
