The SEND and Inclusion Service provides various training and support services for professionals.

SAS team training

The SEND Advisory Service offers universal training to support professionals working in early years, schools, and post-16 settings.

The programme includes evidence-informed sessions on inclusion, communication, autism, sensory needs, and more, helping staff build confidence and improve practice when supporting children and young people with SEND.

SEND statutory team training

The SEND statutory team offers various training, which primarily focuses on the EHCP process and statutory support that should be provided by settings.

Educational psychologist team training

The educational psychologist team delivers training to help settings understand and support the needs and wellbeing of children with SEND.
