Love Clean Streets
Love Clean Streets (LCS) is the new way to report local concerns and issues in Hillingdon. You can also view information about other reports submitted in your area.
In LCS, you can report issues relating to:
- highways
- parks and green spaces
- street cleaning
- street lighting
- trees.
You can also report a number of anti-social behaviour issues, including graffiti, fly-tipping and flyposting.
Residents can use LCS to request additional recycling waste bags, arrange an asbestos or book a bulky waste collection.
Making a report or request on LCS
You can make a report via the LCS app or by using the LCS website.
If you're a Hillingdon resident:
- For the best experience, use the same email address as your new My Account. Any reports you submit through LCS will then be available to view and track in your new My Account.
- When setting up your LCS account, set your home address within your LCS profile. This will allow you to report or request services related to your address, such as a missed waste collection.
