Apply for and renew a HMO licence
You will need:
- a credit or debit card to make your initial payment
- floor plans showing positions of bathrooms, toilets and the kitchen layout (including room measurements and location of smoke alarms and heat detector)
- a current gas safety certificate (dated within 1 year)
- a valid electrical installation condition report/certificate
- a fire detection (alarm) test report (dated within one year)
- emergency lighting report (only for 3 storey properties)
- valid fire risk assessments
- valid PAT test report.
