Common non-complaint tasks
These tasks follow separate statutory procedures and are not handled through the complaints process:
- appeal a council tax decision, parking fine, housing benefit or planning decision
- report an issue with roads, bins, antisocial behaviour or dangerous structures
- make a Freedom of Information or Subject Access request.

Finding help
If you are in contact with the service, they will be doing their best to resolve your issue. If the service is unable to resolve your issue, please submit a complaint.
