We're asking residents, parents, governors and school staff to share their views on our pre-publication (stage 1) consultation to merge Whitehall Infant School and Whitehall Junior School to form a single 3-form primary school. This pre‑publication consultation is the 1st step in the proposed merger of the 2 schools.
The new school will include pupils from Whitehall Infant School and Whitehall Junior School, ensuring that no pupils will be displaced. The school will build on the strengths and good practices of both schools and find new ways to improve teaching and learning across all key stages.
If approved the school:
- will offer up to 630 statutory school-age places, ensuring that no pupils will be displaced
- will be located on the current site of Whitehall Infant and Junior schools.
