Facilities
- Kitchen - a small kitchen with fridge, sink, and workspace is available. You may bring PAT-tested electric hot plates or a microwave.
- PA system - speakers and a projector (HDMI compatible) are available to use.
- Parking - there is a small car park within Eastcote House Gardens and parking on the surrounding roads.
Food and drink
- Catering - bring your own caterer. We just ask for Public Liability Insurance, hygiene certification, and risk assessments at least 1 month in advance. (No BBQs or outdoor cooking.)
- Drinks - you may provide your own alcohol, but we do not have a licence to sell it.
Personal touches
- Decorations - freestanding and tabletop decorations are welcome. LED fairy lights may also be used. Please avoid pins, sticky tape, or blue/white tac.
- Candles - due to the age of the building, naked flames (including candles and gas heaters) are not allowed.
- Confetti - only biodegradable confetti is permitted, and only in the park area.
Planning your day
- Standard set-up access - begins at 9am. Earlier access can be arranged at an hourly rate.
- Tables and chairs - provided for your event. Table and chair covers must be hired separately.
- Music - acoustic or low-volume live music is welcome, but loud music and drums are not permitted.
- Wedding car - 1 car may park directly outside the Stables. Caterers may unload but must park elsewhere.
- Event end time - all events must finish by 10pm due to the residential location.
- Contractor visits - we recommend all service providers, such as caterers, DJs, florists and photographer, attend a site visit ahead of your event to discuss logistics.

Please note:
- All bookings include 1 or 2 members of staff (depending on booking), PA system, tables and chairs.
- Events must finish by 9pm .
- 1-hour extensions until 10pm may be possible for clear-up only, with an additional charge.
- Bookings must be for a minimum of 5 hours.
