Apply for an HMO licence form

In order to submit your application you will need to upload the following documents. Please have these available in an electronic format before proceeding:
  • A floor plan of the property to be licensed (including measurements)
  • Valid gas certificate
  • Valid electric certificate
  • Fire alarm certificate
  • Emergency lighting certificate (if the applicant indicates the property is 3+ storeys)
  • Fire risk assessment
  • PAT certificate
