If you think a decision is wrong, you can ask the council to review it. This review is usually carried out by a different officer who made the original decision.
You must request a revision in writing within one month of the decision date and explain why you disagree and include any supporting evidence.
We aim to complete reviews within 30 days and will notify you of the outcome in writing.
If you are still unhappy after the review, you may request a further revision or submit an appeal within one month.
