We offer level 2 and level 3 counselling courses to support a range of experience levels, from beginners to those ready to progress. You’ll develop the knowledge and practical skills needed to support others effectively.

Build your confidence in counselling and develop your communication skills through courses designed to support those in helping roles.

  • Level 2: Gain a solid foundation in essential skills such as active listening, empathy, and professional boundaries.
  • Level 3: Build on your knowledge by exploring counselling theory, ethics, and mental health, helping you prepare for further professional training.

You will be supported throughout your learning to develop the skills, confidence, and understanding needed to progress into counselling or related fields.

Before enrolling, you will need to complete a skills and support assessment. To book a skills and support assessment or for more information, contact one of our adult education centres.
