The 'company programme' gives young people the chance to create and run a real business with other participants. From developing an idea to creating and selling a product or service, you'll gain hands-on experience of what it's like to run a company.
Through the programme, you will:
- develop and test business ideas
- create and market a product or service
- manage finances and learn how businesses operate
- build communication, teamwork and time management skills
- gain valuable experience to strengthen your CV or personal statement.
As part of running your company, you may make a profit. Any money earned can be withdrawn from the company when it is wound up or donated to a charity as part of a social enterprise.
