We recently received the second-highest rating of C2 following an inspection by the Regulator of Social Housing. While this is a positive outcome, our ambition is clear: we’re committed to delivering all recommendations to achieve a C1 rating.
The council has now published our Service Improvement Strategy—a detailed, resident‑informed plan outlining how we will improve our housing services over the next three years. Residents' experiences matter, and they remain central to the improvements we’re making.
