Tenant and leaseholder annual report

We're asking tenants and leaseholders to share their views on our annual tenant and leaseholder report. This report was reviewed and co-designed by residents to update the content, format and layout.

We have released our annual tenant and leaseholder report for 2024/25, which outlines what we have been doing to manage and maintain council homes and neighbourhoods.

The report covers the following categories:
