Fast-track planning application service
The fast-track application service is an optional service that significantly speeds up the administration and review of certain types of planning application. Faster processing ensures a swift review of your application without impacting upon the recommendation or decision. The fast-track services available include the following:
- the determination of Householder Lawful Development Certificate applications within 21 days following receipt of the fast-track fee
- the determination of Householder Prior Approval applications within 28 days following receipt of the fast-track fee.
