The tow away zone is operational at peak times. Under the Traffic Management Act 2004 the roads in and around the Lido area will be declared a tow away zone at all times.
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed by our qualified and experienced contractor to a safe parking place. Our contractor removing the vehicle is experienced in doing this work and they will take several photos of the vehicle before and after moving it to demonstrate that the vehicle has not been damaged.
Relocation car park
If we have removed your vehicle for being in contravention within in the tow away zones it will be relocated to Green Lane car park. Green Lane, Northwood HA6 2QB

What to do if your car is towed
If you have parked illegally within the tow away zone and your car is gone when you return. please contact one of the following:

TRACE is an online service for anyone whose vehicle may have been towed away for illegal parking by any council in London. The web service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. TRACE will advise where your vehicle has been moved to.
You can also text TRACE followed by your vehicle registration mark to 66663*
