My Library Account

Reserve books, renew loans, check what you've borrowed, and update your preferences - all through My Library Account. 

Reserving library books 

1. Use the search box to find a book. 
2. Select ‘Place Hold' and then select your pickup library. 

Viewing and renewing your library books 

1. Select 'My Library Account'. 
2. Go to the ‘Checkouts' tab. 

Updating your preferences 

1. Select ‘My Library Account’. 
2. Go to the ‘Personal Information’ tab. 
3. Here, you can update your PIN, change your view and hold pickup preferences, and manage SMS notifications. 

Logging in to your My Library Account

1. Visit our Hillingdon Libraries catalogue.
2. Select the 'My Library Account' link at the top of the website.
3. Sign in using your library (or HillingdonFirst) card number and your PIN or password.
