Catering facilities
- You can bring your own food or hire a caterer. Caterers will have full access to the Steward's Room (approximately 4 metres by 4 metres), which has 2 sinks and 13 amp sockets for fridges and freezers.
- A catering van can be hired for use in the courtyard.

Please note: A £500 refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. This is separate from the hire fee and may be retained if there is any overrun, damage, or extra cleaning needed.
Cancellations and changes
We understand plans can change.
Please note:
- Once confirmed, dates cannot be changed without a new security deposit.
- If you cancel within 3 months of your hire date, 50% of the hire cost will be charged.
- If you cancel within 6 weeks, the full hire cost will apply.
