Eating a well-balanced, healthy diet can help you to keep a healthy weight, help you feel your best, and provides your body with the essential nutrients it needs to function on a daily basis.

You can ask your GP for access to a council-commissioned adults weight loss programme called Health Lifestyle Action.

Our leisure provider also delivers a children's lifestyle programme called Xplore.
