Reading Rockets is a fun and welcoming 6-week programme, designed to help children discover the enjoyment of stories in different ways.
Sessions include creative activities inspired by books, such as comics, drawing, character creation, audiobooks, maps, poetry and storytelling games.
Children don't need to be confident readers to take part. The programme focuses on building curiosity, creativity and confidence, while encouraging a love of reading in a relaxed and supportive environment.
