Workwell North West London
If you have a disability or a health condition and need support to start, stay or do well at work, WorkWell can offer:
- tailored one-to-one support from a qualified work and health coach
- support with CV writing, accessing job listings, writing your personal statement and prepping for interviews
- help with building your confidence
- (where appropriate) clinical support from mental health, diabetes and musculoskeletal specialists, as well employment relations experts to secure adaptations needed
- support back into meaningful employment through volunteering opportunities and practical skill development.

West London Works
West London Works is a free, voluntary service, which aims to support you if you have a physical and / or mental health condition and would like to find meaningful employment or stay in your current role. West London Works also provides ongoing in-work support with both new and existing roles.
To be eligible for the programme, you must be:
- over 18-years-old
- registered with a GP in Hillingdon.
To access the service, please speak directly with your health professional or email westlondonworks@shaw-trust.org.uk.
