WLA Work Hub

Our council is a partner within the West London Alliance (WLA). The WLA Work Hub buildings strong relationships with great employers, such as the NHS and businesses in Heathrow, to secure good local jobs for residents.

Every week, new jobs are published on their webstie.

Pathways Employment Support 

Pathways is a specialist skills, training and employability provider, supporting people into employment and training.

They deliver several qualifications (across different sectors), including digital skills, customer service, retail, functional skills, warehouse and logistics, personnel development (employability) and business administration.

Adults looking for work or considering a change of career can get help with a range of free and subsidised schemes and training courses through WestMet skills at Uxbridge College.

Get ready for work in Hillingdon 

The GRoW programme is delivered by Belina Consulting and helps women gain the necessary skills and confidence to get into employment, enterprise and / or training.

As well as supportive group sessions, Belina provides personalised employment support to parents and children who face problems or difficulties. These could include relationship breakdown, housing issues, debt, health problems, mental health issues, domestic violence and truancy.
