Sheraton Heathrow Hotel Project SEARCH
DFN Project SEARCH is a partnership venture which prepares young people with learning difficulties and disabilities for competitive employment. The aim of the project is to provide 17 to 25 year-olds with a 1 year supported internship programme.
The partnership between Sheraton Heathrow Hotel (business host), Kaleidoscope and Hillingdon Council has been in place for 4 years with new education partner West Thames College recently introduced.
Work in different job roles by rotating through hotel departments such as catering, housekeeping, and reception, with support from a tutor and job coach.
