Pay online
You can view your rent statement and pay your rent online.
You can pay your council rent online at any time - all you need is:
- your payment reference number
- your debit or credit card.
Please note:
- It can take 3 to 5 days for your account to reflect recent payments.
- If you are having trouble paying your rent, email housingcharges@hillingdon.gov.uk.
- If you have any concerns about your rent account, call 01895 556182.
- The Income department is closed for in person appointments from Saturday 20 December to Sunday 4 January if you need to contact us please call us on 01895 556182, or by email at riskmanagement@hillingdon.gov.uk
- Should you need in person appointments, we are happy to arrange this from Monday 5 January 2026.
