The council is developing a new Hillingdon Assistance Adaptations Policy and is inviting residents to share their views as part of the consultation.
The draft policy has been shared alongside the current Disabled Adaptations Service Standard so residents can understand how the service currently works and help shape how adaptations are assessed, prioritised and delivered in the future. Your feedback will help ensure the final policy is clear, fair, accessible and supports residents to live safely and independently in their homes.
