Last year, Breakspear Crematorium held internal audits during the summer. These were carried out as a general health check of the facility and its procedures.
Following the audits, we committed resources to deliver an improvement plan to enhance the service and support future development.
The key elements of the plan have now been completed, and we are continuing to explore opportunities to improve the facility and the services we offer.
We would like to hear your views, experiences and suggestions through our online survey, which has been developed in partnership with the Institute of Cemetery and Crematorium Management.
We invite you to have your say, and help shape the future of Breakspear Crematorium, by completing the survey before the closing date of Wednesday 16 November.
Following the survey, we will be arranging further opportunities to engage with stakeholders, including meet-and-greet events, to discuss feedback and future improvements.
