Business waste collections
Check instructions for a business waste collection and how to report a missed collection.
Instructions for collection
- Bins must be kept locked and secure until your collection day.
- All waste must be bagged up.
- Bins need to be put out no later than 6am on the day of your collection and must be placed within 10 metres from where our vehicles can access them.
- The weight of individual bins must not exceed 100kg.
Please note: Damaged bins should be reported to us by emailing tradewaste@hillingdon.gov.uk.
Missed collection
Missed collections must be reported online within 48 hours.
If your business waste hasn't been collected on your collection day and you have followed instructions for collection, please complete our online form.
We will make another collection within 3 working days.

Other business waste
We do not currently offer a separate collection for business food waste, garden waste or textiles. If your business produces this type of waste, please take it to a waste and recycling centre, where it can be recycled, or place it into your general waste bins or rubbish sacks.
