Memorial wall plates at Breakspear Crematorium offer a dignified and lasting way to commemorate loved ones. Located within the East and West chapel cloisters, these cast‑aluminium plaques are available as single or double plates.
- Single plates measure 7"x5" and can include up to 150 characters, including a motif.
- Double plates measure 11"x7" and can include up to 300 characters, including a motif.
Lease
Wall plates are leased for an initial period of 10 years, with the option to renew.
Please note:
- During the lease period, the council accepts no responsibility for the upkeep of the plate.
- Unless it is renewed at the end of the lease period, the plate will be removed from its location 1 month after the expiry date.

How to order
Complete the Breakspear memorial application form and email to it bcrematorium@hillingdon.gov.uk.
Please note:
- Due to the availability of space, it will not be possible to personally select the fixing location of the plate.
- Full payment must accompany your application. We are able to accept most credit and debit cards. If paying by cheque, please make payable to 'London Borough of Hillingdon'.
- It takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks from placing your order to delivery.
- The council reserves the right to alter any application that is deemed unsuitable and to change the design of any memorial without giving prior notice.
Upon completion, a letter will be sent to the applicant advising them of the location of the cloister wall plate.
